How to change currency from MX to USD

    My currency for upgrading my blog is stuck in MX I assume because of my proximity to Mexico. I am in the United States however and am wondering how I get this changed.

    To change the currency from MX to USD in your WordPress website, follow these steps:

    Login to WordPress Admin: Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.

    Navigate to Settings: Go to “WooCommerce” > “Settings” from the left-hand menu.

    General Settings: Click on the “General” tab in the WooCommerce settings.

    Currency Options: In the “Currency” section, you’ll find the “Currency” option. Select “USD” from the dropdown menu.

    Save Changes: Scroll down and click the “Save changes” button to apply the currency change.

    Thanks for your help! I just wanted to clarify that most users requesting us to change their account currency in this forum refer to their WordPress.com account. The instructions you share are relevant to WooCommerce site owners who want to change their store currency.

    Currently, there are no user-facing methods to change the WordPress.com account currency. So if you come across such requests, you can add the modlook tag and staff can take care of it.
