How to change display: navigation bar, font size, etc.

  Greetings – newbie here…
  I’m working my way through the “how to get going” tutorials, and have done all the Dashboard ‘stuff,’ but have yet to find how to control the navigation bar, insert pages, etc.

  When you publish a new page, it will show up in the top navigation automatically. If you want more control over the arrangement of the menu tabs in the menu, or you want to create dropdown menus, or if you want to also include some categories in the navigation, then create a custom menu. Custom menus give you maximum flexibility.

  Changing font sizes and things like that for the navigation or other “theme” related elements would require the custom design upgrade and then modifications to the CSS.

  You can change fonts and sizes in posts and pages on a post/page by post/page basis with HTML as explained in this support document.
