How to Change DNS
-
I am a third party contractor.
The client is trying to set up Office 365 but it looks like WordPress has control of the DNS Zone. Checking OpenHost, the Domain Name Registrar their DNS is pointing to your nameservers. Follow instructions on the web, I cannot find what the instructions are saying regarding to how to add a custom record. Following the DomainsDomain Settings route I do not get any edit buttons or the like under Google Chrome or Internet Explorer 11.

Try reading through this support doc: Support Doc This should walk you through the process.
Essentially, you are adding your domain to an Office 365 account, then Office will provide you a TXT or MX record to add to your DNS Records on your WordPress.com account under Domains > Name Servers and DNS > DNS Records Hope this helps.
