How to change email to activate wordpress?

  When i created a blog on wordpress, i used a new email that i didn’t know someone registered, and of course i couldn’t enter that email to confirm. I wanted to delete this wordpress account, because the email to activate my wordpress is not mine. But i also want to keep this wordpress. How can i keep this wordpress and change my activated email?

  You can change the email ID by going to https://wordpress.com/me/account and changing it.

  More on your email here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/

  The email address registered with your WordPress.com account is your unique identifier. This is how we are able to verify ownership of blogs and accounts and it is very important to keep it updated as necessary.

  You can update your email address in your Account Settings.

  Once you’ve entered a new email address and clicked “Save Account Settings,” you’ll receive an email at the new address with a confirmation link. You must click the confirmation link to confirm the change and update the email on your account.

  If you contact us for help, we will require an email from the address registered with the account as this proves account ownership. Otherwise, we cannot help.
