How to change file block download button text color and background

    My file blocks download button color and background changed from black text on gray background to black text on red background. I’ve tried setting the CSS in advance settings, but have been unable to get it to work. I found the following CSS, but it doesn’t work. I’ve experimented, but no real experience with CSS.

    Not aware of any changes I made to the CSS.

    Please help.

    .wp-block-file__button {
    background-color: gray!important;
    color: black!important;
    }

    Hey Jeffrey!

    Which button exactly are you trying to change the colors of? You should still be able to manually edit the text and background color of any button within the block editor.

    Also when I checked your downloadable files section, it appears to be black text on gray background to me. Let me know if you’re still having issues!
