How to change font and size of Blog Title and Description

  Hi all
  I know I can change what the Blog Title and description are on the Options page but I want the text to be a lot bigger on the title and possibly a different font too.

  I can’t seem to find this anywhere. I am using a free theme and customising it. managed to do everything else but this!

  Help appreciated.
