How to change font color of site title

  I can’t find how to change the font color of my site title?

  I tried copying and pasting this code into the CSS but couldn’t get the color to change to green

  (I don’t need anything else changed so deleted the italics etc parts)

  font-size: 35px;
  font-style: italic;
  color: #000;
  text-shadow: 0 0 4px #FFF;
  }

  Can you please confirm us the site URL as when i visited your site lisahogan.ca its not opening?
