How to change font size

  Hi. I am using the 2012 theme with the 30 $ custum upgrade. I want to increase the size of the font in the following places: 1) the title, 2) the sub-title, the the menu tabs. Does anybody have an idea how to do this with the CSS editor? I would need simple beginner cut-and paste instructions. Thanks! Bruno
