How to change font size for pages

  On my website, I have a page that links to other pages, that links to other pages. What I’m looking for, is how to make the font smaller. For example, I have a page:

  Fanfiction >> Fandoms Pt. 1 >> Fandom names

  How do I change the size of the page names? I want the text smaller, on the page within a page. I want to make the pages Fandoms Pt. 1 and Fandom names smaller. The text is huge. Thanks in advance for any help.
