How to change font size of optional text in subscription widget

I’ve done a lot of searching today and was able to change the blog subscription widget quite a bit but I really want to change the size of the font of the ‘optional text’ and i can’t find how to do it. Can someone tell me the proper css to put in the Additional CSS location to change the font for the ‘optional text’
