How to change fonts colors?

    I want to change Fonts colors of my blog.
    I am using Cerauno theme and my blog is on wordpress.com
    Please guide.

    Thanks for your detailed reply.
    Since I am new to the WordPress platform, therefore, I could not understand the actual problem.
    I am thinking about registering a domain first so I can better customize my blog.
