I’ve tried to change the header font in CSS, and also downloaded 4 font plug-ins. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

That’s not a WordPress.COM hosted blog and we cannot help you with it. You are posting to the wrong support forum. We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software and cannot help you.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

First, you might want to read up on font stacks and web fonts. This page may be a good start:
http://web.archive.org/web/20131010010610/http://unitinteractive.com/blog/2008/06/26/better-css-font-stacks/Here is an example showing how to change the font stack for the site title in the Twenty Ten theme to get you started:
#site-title a { font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif; }Because your blog is not setup here at WordPress.com, the best place to get further help will be in the WordPress.org volunteer-based forums at https://wordpress.org/support/theme/twentyten
