How to change forum avatar?

  i need some help, recently i have uploaded a new picture to be my gravatar, however it is showing in my blog but not in wordpress.com, means my avatar still stays as te old default wordpress avatar,can anyone tell me what to do?

  how to i change my default wordresss avatar, i want to use the one i have uploaded in gravatar.

  (1) Go to the Admin section of your blog
  (2) Click “users”
  (3) Click your “username”
  (4) Find the image box with “My Gravatar” above it
  (5) Click “Change your Gravatar”
  (6) You will arrive here Gravatar.com
  (7) Follow the steps:

  Change your Gravatar / Avatar
  * Upload a new image from your computer
  * Use your webcam to take a snapshot of yourself
  * Give us a link to a picture online to use
  * Use your last WordPress.com Avatar (if you had one)

  After uploading your image it will be automatically applied to your email address and may show up next to your posts and comments on WordPress.com and across the web. The change may take up to an hour to see, so please be patient.

  Gravatar stands for Globally Recognized Avatar, which means it can be used all over the web attached to your email.

  If you wish to use the advanced features of Gravatar.com you may click here to do so now!

  After you have completed the process reload your browser & clear your cache. http://support.wordpress.com/web-browser/

  Staff: will you please delete my email address from the instructions I posted 2 comment boxes above here above? I forgot to do it before I clicked “send post” and I forgot that there is no edit function on this forum. I would prefer not to have a spam bot army attack my email address. Tx

  yes i did. it does change on the forum but it is not changing on the wordpress.com homepage.

  and the one when we have search tag page. my avatar still appear to the one avatar.
  fyi: i do not have cache problems.
