  I wait more than 72 hours after paid upgrade from http://www.kartitiani.wordpress.com, and what I have to do to change to http://www.kartitiani.com?

  Hi there, in addition to amiteshg93’s comment, you would need to have a plan active for your site (as noted in https://wordpress.com/support/domains/set-a-primary-address/ ) in order to be able to set kartitiani.com as the primary address.
