How to change header to a sticky header?

  I was looking around and couldn’t find how to set my site to have the header follow the user as they go along the page. This is essential, since my site will simply be a very long scrolling page featuring different sections of artwork.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is a feature of only specific themes, it’s not something that can be set on all themes.
