How to change home to new domain name?

I recently changed my blog’s name and therefore the domain name for my blog. All the pages seem to have changed over to the new name and so has the home page apart from when you want to click ‘home’ on my blog. When you do that it takes you to the old home address of my blog which doesn’t exist any longer. How can I change my home address to the new name like all the other pages?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are using a custom menu, you’ll have to change that by hand. If you’re not, put the word modlook in the Tags box to the right and wait till staff fix this.
