How to change icon that comes up in wordpress tags

So you know the wordpress tags page, where you search for tags? I can’t seem to change the icon for it. I have tried several times changing the Gravatar. That doesn’t seem to work. In fact the gravatar doesn’t seem to show up anywhere but on the setting page? Am I missing something

I think i have the same problem, every time i click on change your gravatar, it bring me to ”Please close this window if it does not close automatically”

gavatar is the wp.com word for avatar, the picture you see in the forums here or when you make comments on other wp blogs:
http://support.wordpress.com/avatars/gravatars/
There have been problems with it (and even so without problems, it does take time to propagate)
While you are logged in to wp, try going directly to
http://en.gravatar.com/
Test your gravatar/avatar here:
