How to change language of the “Continue reading” link?

  On our Swedish blog, the “Continue reading” link in the front page, below each post, suddenly changed into English. It used to be in Swedish, as it should.
  Does anyone know how we can change this back into Swedish? The blog language is set to Swedish.
