How to change Leave a Reply label to display on mobile

  I figured out how to change the wording on Leave a reply (to “Ask a question or make a comment:”) so it shows up when viewing on PC. However, when viewing on a mobile it still says Leave a Reply.

  I am using the (Premium) Harmonic theme and the site is: sarahlouisa.com

  I am rather limited when it comes to wordpress skills and upon searching for help, have seen instructions to change it via the css or php section – so if that is what I have to do, please give step by step instructions “for dummies” :-)
