How to change link format?

  Is it possible to make posts url like this : domain.wordpress.com/post-name
  Instead of : domain.wordpress.com/2017/11/11/post-name?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  This is the guide for creating links in posts and pages:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/add-a-blogroll-link/

  First, copy the URL you want to link to to your computer’s clipboard. You can do this by highlighting a URL, then going to Edit → Copy in your browser’s toolbar, or by using a keyboard shortcut like CTL-C (PC) or CMD-C (Mac).

  Next, highlight the text you want to link:

  Finally, paste the URL you copied directly over the highlighted text. You can do this by highlighting a URL, then going to Edit → Paste in your browser’s toolbar, or by using a keyboard shortcut like CTL-V (PC) or CMD-V (Mac).

  WordPress.com will automatically create a link. The highlighted text will now appear underlined and blue to let you that it is linked.

  Hi @fahimscirex it is not possible to change the permalink structure for Posts here on WordPressdotcom. They will appear with this permalink structure domain.wordpress.com/2017/11/11/post-name as you mentioned.

  How to make pages with some sub-pages?
  Like : domain.wordpress.com/page1/page2

  The structure you’ve given has Page 2 being a child/sub-page of Page 1. Is that what you meant?

  Page 1
  -Page 2

  If that is what you meant, there are currently two ways you can do this:

  1. You can set a page as a child page of another (parent) page in the Pages Attribute module of the Page Editor. See here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-options/

  2. You can create the Parent/Child hierarchy after you publish the Page by using a Custom Menu in the Customizer, if your theme supports it. See here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

  Hello again, Categories and Tags are available only on Posts.

  I’d like to encourage you to search our Support site for answers because you can usually get an answer much faster than waiting for someone to see and answer your forum post. :)
