how to change my blog into a website and get rid of all my sites

  I have 44 sites with no information and is stopping me from making a website because of my username that I want to keep. How can I delet all my sites and start over again being able to use same e-mail and username but on a website not a blog

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
