How to change my blog name

  I want to change my blog name from ‘the arts space’ to ‘the art space’ (the S was a mistake) but I cannot find anywhere how to do it. I am not talking about the URL I am talking about the name that appears at the top of the blog page, I think it is the blog title?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Is it not in the dashboard under settings at the bottom?
