How to change my domain name address?

  Hi there!

  I’d like to have my domain name to be: voiceofforerunnerministries.com
  without the wordpress at the end…

  I have a domain name that I started with that had the ‘.com’ at the end
  (without the wordpress) but I don’t know how to change the domain name without accidentally deleting my entire site. The wording for changing the DNS, etc. is confusing to me.

  May you change the domain name to what I mentioned {voiceofforerunnerministries.com} or is this something that only I, as the admin can do? If so, I need it explained to me real elementary-type of guidance. Thanks!
