How to change my (free) domain name?

  Hello everyone,

  I want to change the name of my wordpress-website but it seems I can only change my login-name. At this moment it’s sofiesluimert.wordpress.com,
  I want to change it in (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  My knowledge of computers and maintenance of websites is very small, and also, my English is not very well.

  Is there someone who can explain me, step by step, in simple language, how I can change this?
