How to change my header?

  I need to change my heading from the default heading word press gave me.

  “btecnationalbusiness
  Just another WordPress.com site”

  I assume it is a simple task but I can’t find where to change it!

  Dashboard > Settings > General > Change Site Title and Tagline > Save
