how to change my primary email id

  My primary email id is my office id. I need to change it to my gmail id mentioned below: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  how do I do this? Or should I register again under a new name, a new blog under my gmail id?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
