How to change my tile images individually on wordpress with Elementor template.

Hi, I am after some help please as a new blogger. I am using wordpress with elementor templates and I have somehow made an update that has made all my thumbnail / tile images the same on my site and I can’t find a way to change them. In addition I have lost them all together on one page. https://spritzinguplife.com/italy/
I was using a developer and they set it all up and I firstly edited a template instead of the post and then deleted a section in the loop templates using elementor. Please can anyone help give me some suggestions to fix both problems.
