How to change my time zone?

    Hi, the support site says to go to settings -> general to change my time zone which, currently, is defaulted to UK time. When I go to my settings there is no such option. Is the option to change time zones only available for paid accounts?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Does not require a paid upgrade to change time zones – but you must be an admin on a blog to change the time settings

    Do you only see Dashboard >> Settings >> Sharing / Polls? If so you are not an admin but Editor or below
