how to change my URL name

  I need to know how to change my site URL from http://www.bonitaaa99.wordpress.com to http://www.therealtea.wordpress.com that’s what I originally wanted my URL to be.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  chaitanyamsv.. thanks I’ll check it out.. But I have another question. I did some changes on my site I put a Caption under my photo logo and a title on my latest post… when I go to ”view post” while I’m on the Edit page it show my changes… but when I click on my sight URL from one of my Twitter posts, I DON’T see the changes………… What the heck?? I hope EVERYONE can see what I see when I click on the site for the ”edit” page.. its http://www.bonitaaa99.wordpress.com I hope every one can see “Here is where I dish the tea. Here’s where the tea is spilled” below my logo picture.
