  how do I change my visa card number to pay for upgraded domain

  Since you don’t have auto-renew activated for your domain you don’t need to worry about this. Just go to your upgrades page, linked below, click the renew button and you’ll be asked to enter your credit card info. Just use the card you prefer :)
