How to change my wordpress.com account to point to my moved wordpress.org?

  I moved my wordpress.org blog from: http://www.nesaart.com/nesaart/blog to: http://www.nesaart.com/nesaart-blog. When I go to my wordpress.com account and want to “Edit my Profile” it transfers me to my old address. How to change my wordpress.com account to point to my new address?

  It can be a bit complicated when you don’t have any WordPress.com blogs under your profile, so I just put the change through for you.
