How to change name of category or remove it

  Hi guys,

  I want to change the name of some categories (or remove them all are fine). But there seem to be no obvious option on the dashboard. Try with Google too with no help much, all the references is for wordpress.org or it’s out-of-date (the menu has different name or disappear).
