How can I change my nameservers?

    dear wordpress staff,
    I have an really serious situation here:
    as wordpress is my registrar, and websitepalace is my host, it seems to be impossible to install wordpress plugins because my nameservers are sending me to the wrong place.

    I already talked to my host support and this is what they told me:

    Thank you for contacting Online Support. There is no ‘wordpressuses’ directory on your hosting account. The installation you made through us used a directory named ‘wordpress ‘. Going to aviassayag.org/wordpress is resulting in an error because the domain is not resolving to the hosting account with us.

    As your domain is not registered through us, you will need to contact your registrar for directions on how to modify your nameservers. Please point your domain to the following nameservers so that it resolves to the hosting that you have with us.

    ns77.domaincontrol.com

    ns78.domaincontrol.com

    You will also need to ensure the domain is pointing to the IP address of the hosting account which is 184.168.56.1.

    Note: Changes to the settings of a domain take an average of 48 hours to become effective because of the number of networks involved, and because these networks are controlled by several different agencies. This delay applies to all domains with any Registrar, not just us. Please allow for this delay when planning web sites or configuring a domain to work with your services.

    I would like to either get a problem solved with my hosting account, or close the account for it is utterly useless now.

    I’m trying to install wordpress to my site, and/or make the network option valid at wordpress.com in order for me to use “plugins” in my site.
    I have installed wordpress in a subdirectory of my site, called “wordpressuses”. I have done this via the “valued applications” screen. well, it is not working for me for some reason.

    solutions:
    1. close my hosting account and I will search for a professional hosting service which will be able to install wordpress in my site.

    2. help me resolve this issue successfully.
