how to change navigation link colors
-
Hi! I’m currently using Anemone on my site (optimusge.wordpress.com) and it has white navigation links – I’d really like to change them to black. Does anyone have any advice on how I can do that? Thanks!

Hi there!
This code will change the colors of the navigation links and the search icon to the right of them, all to black:
.sf-menu a, .sf-menu a:visited, .site-search a, .site-search a:visited { color: #000; }You can also find some handy tips on using CSS, and how to find the right selectors on these two pages:

Let me chime in! :)
This should do the job if you want the entire navigation bar as black, including search/home icons:
#site-navigation a { color: #000; }This will make only the navigation links black:
#site-navigation .site-primary-menu a { color: #000; }@Chad, hey, not sure why yours didn’t work, does the trick with !important rule though!
