how to change ONE widget?
-
Hi, I was wondering whether it is possible to get rid of the border on just ONE widget? I would like to insert an image widget into the sidebar, but I do not like the way it looks with a border :)
(I mean to change it using css, obviously :))Thank you for your help!

Hi there,
Can you please show me the link of the image you want to upload and I can take a further look!
Cheers!

I am not sure I understand. Does the ccs code on the widget border depend on the image I want to use? I want to use any image and be able to change it any time I want. :)

No, it wouldn’t depend on the image, but most likely you would have to add the CSS for every widget you want to remove the border for unless you want to remove the border for all widgets.
Once you add it, most of our CSS support is done in our community forums by both staff and volunteers:

When you create a CSS-related help request, please make sure to select or link to the WordPress.com blog you’re working on and include a clear description of the change you’re trying to make. It helps a lot.

This is very strange. So far, the WP staff have always answered all my questions on css instead of sending me away to forum. Also I am quite aware that I would need to write the ccs for a particular widget – this is why I have asked for help as I have no idea how to do it. But hey! no problemo. if you do not feel like helping me, I will ask someone else.
