How to change pagination title in HTML?

I’m trying to use the <!–nextpage–> tag and have it so instead of displaying…
Page: 1 2 3 etc.
it displays…
Page: TitleOne TitleTwo TitleThree etc.
Kind of like blog post. So people don’t have to guess which page certain content is on. They’ll know by the title. I’ve seen how to do it a few months ago but can’t recall where and can’t find it in the forums. I can only find the css tutorial. Need HTML.
It had something to do with adding the title after or before “nextpage” in between <!– –>. Can’t remember exactly how.

Well I can assure you I know exactly where I am and I’m not a self-hosted wordpress blogger. If you can help that would be nice and much appreciated.

I didn’t find my answer when I did type in “Pagination”. For the most part when people ask questions it’s as a last resort to something they couldn’t find.

I’m not a .org user, nice way of hinting at it though.
I’m 80% sure I saw how to do this on someone’s blog. 20% sure it might have been found here. Doesn’t hurt to try all available options.
I know for a certain it was for wordpress.com users (you know, the one that doesn’t require you to get an independent FTP server) on the Oxygen Theme. Just not having any luck finding it again.
