  Hello, I am an admin to a site and my debit card is currently being used to maintain the site. I am confused though, because it says that I have made no purchases but you guys charged me $18 this month. So, even though I am on a free plan you guys are charging me. So, my first question is, if this site is ‘free’ what are you charging me for? and second how do I change my card number? Thank you.

  Hi @balloumoon – Can you share the site that you need help with? The $18 charge is for a custom domain. That is a domain that ends in .com, .net etc… and has removed the .wordpress portion from the domain. http://artrestorationbyclarawoods.com/ is a custom domain.
