How to change permalinks

  Under Settings there is supposed to be a tab called Permalinks, but there isn´t. What other way is there to change permalinks?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not at WordPress.com. We cannot change permalink structure here. You can only change permalink structure on self-hosted WordPress installations using the software from WordPress.org.
