How to Change 'Portfolio Archive' browser title to something else?

  I am wondering how I can change the browser title ‘Portfolio Archive’ to something more appropriate for my site (e.g. Menu)? The page I need assistance with is:

  http://amandaraefitness.com/portfolio/

  P.S. I’d also like it to go from /portfolio to something else as well.
