How to Change Post ID

  I ws going to change my hosting, so I backed up my posts and import them in the new hosting. But for some reason all the post IDs reset in the order of post dates (the order didn’t change). I don’t like this because in search engines like google all my page references point to the wrong posts at least for a while. How can I avoid this and how can I manually change the IDs? Thanks.

  Are you referring to a wordpress.com blog?
  Or are your referring to wordpress.org software?
  We provide support only for bloogers who have blogs hosted by wordpress.com.
