How to change posts on homepage to title only?
-
Hi! I’m new to WordPress, and still trying to figure it all out. I want my posts on the home page to be title / featured image only (a brief bit of the post is okay, but not the whole thing). I’ve Googled heaps, but can’t find the solution. They all mention changing the CSS, but (a) I’m not a programmer and (b) I’m only using the free site at the moment, and I don’t think you can change the coding without a premium account. Can anyone help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Use the More tag to truncate a post on the posts page. To omit the entire content of a post, place the More tag at the very top of the content. If you place the More tag elsewhere in the post content, it will on the posts page display only the portion of the post content above the More tag, omitting everything below the tag. -

Thank you! I apologise for the duplicate posts. I couldn’t work out how to delete the first post. I posted the first one when I had the free site, then marked it as “resolved” (thinking that I’d found my solution in upgrading) and then posted again (slightly differently) when I’d upgraded and still couldn’t seem to work it out.

Many thanks! Just tried out the “read more” tag – that’s exactly what I was looking for! (I KNEW there had to be a way to do it!!)
