how to change premium wordpress theme for a theme forrest one ?

I just bought a themeforrest theme and would like to install it instead of my premium wordpress theme. I don’t know exactly what I have to do. Thanks in advance for your help.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

So, I have bad news.
Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
