How to change site

  I need to change the description verbiage which populates when I paste the link to my site (qpsience.wordpress.com) to Facebook.

  Currently, it populates to say ‘Consciousness. Perception. Reality. Friday nights, 10pm-Midnight EST: http://www.kgraradio.com ‘ and I need to change it to say ‘CONSCIOUSNESS | PERCEPTION | REALITY: Research, Education & Digital HD Global Talk Radio.’

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
