How to change site email address

  Hi, in my shared wedding blog there is a RSVP option that works like a contact form. Right now overtime someone fills it in, that info is sent to my default email address, the one linked to my account/profile. I wanted the site to be linked with a specific email address other than my own, so I made a new WP user profile with this second email and added it as a user to the site. However, there is still no way to change the email address to which the contact forms are sent, or the notifications too, as a matter of fact. I have tried deleting the original user in the hopes that this would change the email automatically, but this is seemingly impossible to do, as it says “cannot remove this user”.
  I have also read in previous help forum posts that one should change the email address of the user, by going to general settings. in this regard, I do not want my other profile to have a different email, and also, there doesn’t seem to be this option in my dashboard either way.
  Am I missing something? Please help or advise.
