How to change site URL?

Hello! I want to change my blog address Because my clients very easy to forget the address. When I go to dashboard and click on “My Blogs” and choose the place I want to change the address it says “This tool is temporary disabled. Check back soon.”. How long will it take before I can change the address?

We Volunteers do not know how long it will be before Staff reactivate that feature again.

I’ve noticed after looking through the forums that this has been an issue in the past. Do you have any idea how long its taken to resolve this problem in the past? I’m just wondering whether to delete my current blog and start again from scratch with the address I actually want

Why would you delete a blog? Deleted blog URls are not recycled. I would make it private so I had it for testing and backup purposes. Then I would register another blog and export the content out of the first now private blog into the new blog.

I want to change my site adress because when sign up for WordPress I write wrong e-mail. I will don´t delete my site and create a new because I’ve come a long way but I perhaps use instead for WordPress.

Well, you can use a Custom Domain without waiting http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/
But the site address has nothing to do with what your email address is.
