How to Change Social Menu under Title to larger fonts in Blue color ?

I use broadsheet theme and the Social icon menu under the Website Title is too small and in odd color that no one is noticing its there . I want to enlarge fonts of ONLY Social menu WITHOUT enlarging any other fonts on website ..and also change its color from Light grey to Blue .

Whats CSS for this operation ? Can anyone help please ?

Thank you so much . it worked fine . Also can i enlarge Fonts of my Main Menu a little bit ? Its so small . When i try to enlarge it , other fonts also gets enlarged on page . I just want to enlarge Main Menu Fonts .
