How to Change Sold out Message in WooCommerce

  I’m trying to change the text that displays on my woocommerce sales pages when a product is sold out.

  Currently it says: Just Sold Out. Expect to come in 4-6 days.

  I tried the methods suggested on this page but it didn’t work:

  What do I need to do to make this happen?
