How to change standart writing on blog

  I have a question, on my blog i use the minimalize theme and in this theme to go from the front page in to a post it say’s: “continue reading”
  Now on my blog i don’t really write i post only pictures, so i would like it to say : “for more pictures click here” or something allong that line is there any way to change that..?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
