How to change tab label of new window containing a PDF?

    I have a PDF on a page, the link for which opens in a new window. I’m using target=”_blank”.

    The new window (containing only the PDF) seems to default to WordPress.com for the tab’s label text . How do I change that tab’s label text to something I entered?
