How to change tab name from “Front Page” to “Home”

  How do I change the tab name from “Front Page” to “Home”?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is hard coded into the themes and cannot be changed. If it bothers you, you might think about looking at the other themes and fine one that uses “home” instead.
